Policy
We aim to treat all of our customers well and we would like to keep these terms and conditions as simple as possible for you. Your statutory rights covered by the consumer protection law are not affected by anything here.

Communication
We will automatically confirm your order’s receipt and confirm the dispatch of the order by email. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

Complaints
Should you be unhappy in any way with any aspect of the service or products you receive from us then please contact us and we will do everything reasonable to resolve any issues.

Data Privacy
We do not share your data with any other company for any marketing purposes and will not do so. Information about you as a customer and the orders you have placed is held in our database. We can, if you require, supply a copy of all the data we hold about you and are happy to remove your details from our system should you request that we do so.

Payment
We currently only accept payment using Paypal, however please note it is also possible to pay using a credit or debit card through PayPal without having a Paypal account. Orders will not be dispatched until the payment has been cleared.

Discounts and Promotional Special Offer Codes
Any Discounts and Promotional codes issued by Precious Stars are to be used against the purchase of products only. These may be withdrawn by Precious Stars at any time. Only one Discount or Promotional code can be accepted on any order. It is the responsibility of the customer to enter the appropriate code at the time of purchase, as failure to use the available codes cannot be rectified after the purchase has been completed.  If you should have any queries relating to any purchase with Discount or Promotional codes, please contact us prior to your purchase and we will be happy be to assist.

Supply of goods
When you purchase something from us we aim to dispatch within 2 working days. We aim to have the stock levels as accurate as possible on the website, but in the unlikely event that we cannot dispatch your order with the stock we have at hand we will contact you and give you the option of receiving a full refund, swapping an item (cloth pads only) or recieving a partial refund if only part of your order is unavailable. We make every effort to describe the goods accurately on the website.

Laundry
As we have no control over the circumstances in which laundry occurs Precious Stars can take no responsibility for any damage or loss incurred from you washing any of the products you purchase from us.

Returns Policy
If the goods purchased from us are faulty or defective in any way then we will fully refund you.

However due to the personal nature of some of our goods we do not accept returns on:

  • Cloth Pads

  • Wet bags

  • Menstrual cups

You can return any of the other items we sell as long as it is within 14 days of purchase, please return the goods in their original condition to us and we will refund back to you the costs of the goods. We will try to process your refund as quickly as possible but it may take up to 7 working days for us to do this. As the majority of our items are hand made there may be small imperfections in the products, however we will not send/sell any items that are faulty. We maintain the right to decide what is faulty and what is not.

Delivery Time
We know that you love to receive your goods without any delay! We will email you when we dispatch your order and if it does not arrive when you expect it to (the expected time span is stated when you select your delivery option), get in touch with us. We will investigate and can arrange to send a replacement package to you if we have the good(s) available.

Pricing Errors 
If there is a product that is priced incorrectly on our website then we may need to either cancel and refund your order or will contact you to arrange the payment of the additional amount.

Out Of Stock Items 
While every effort is made to ensure that the stock on the website reflects the actual levels we have available for sale, sometimes we may not have the item you have paid for on the website. We will contact you to resolve the issue with the lack of stock and will offer an alternative or a refund. We will place your order on hold while we wait to hear from you.

Legal Aspects 
Any contract for your purchase of goods and services from Precious Stars is governed by the Law of England and Wales, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the England and Wales courts.
